We have tried to design our new website in such a way that your visit will be a pleasant experience and placing your order will be as straightforward and secure as possible. However, we are a real company with real people and should you experience any difficulty we will be very happy to help you by email or telephone.
If you would like us to consider a book that you have written for publication, please email 2 sample chapters along with illustrations, a synopsis of the book and the chapters that it will entail. If possible, please also include the number of black and white/colour images being used, and the number of pages.
Emails should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org
We are happy to pass on any correspondence to contributors on your behalf.
To contact a contributor to one of our books please email Alison Hart at email@example.com.
To contact a contributor to our magazine, Antique Collecting, please email Georgina Wroe at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Mail order customers need to make payment at time of order and our site is fully security certified so you can enter the information with confidence. All cards are charged by NBN International immediately prior to dispatch of your order.
Trade customers should contact firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01394 389988 for details of our returns policy. Mail order customers should contact email@example.com or telephone 01394 389957 as soon as possible after delivery.
All books are packed carefully, but in the unlikely event of damage occurring in transit, we must be notified straight away to enable us to replace the item for you. Please use the contact details above. NBN may contact you to arrange collection of the faulty item.
* To enable us to give you the best service possible, we class all bookshops, wholesalers and anyone else who is retailing books, as trade customers, and any members of the public or antique dealers, restorers, etc. who are buying the books for their own use, as Mail Order customers.
