It makes accessible for the first time many pieces by, among others, Epstein, Frink, Maillol, Moore, Underwood and Zadkrine. It includes mainly small bronzes, but some larger works are featured.

About the Author

Katharine Eustace is Assistant Keeper of Sculpture and Twentieth Century Art in the Museum's Department of Western Art, and a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries. Her publications include 'Michael Rysbrack, Sculptor 1694-1770, Twentieth century paintings in the Ashmolean Museum' and 'Underwood's Children: The Wood Engraving of Gertrude Hermes and Blair Hughes Stanton'.
