About the Author
Dr Christopher Pugsley is a Senior Lecturer in War Studies at the Royal Military Academy. A former New Zealand Army officer and graduate from RMC Duntroon, he lectures on the evolution of warfare and is regarded as New Zealand's pre-eminent military historian. Angela Holdsworth is an experienced television producer, author and editor who worked for twenty years for the BBC.
