Following the first volume, which featured Pope&rsquo;s highly much-admired houses, this second volume covers his public buildings, which include some of the most important civic structures in America, such as the memorial enclosing Abraham Lincoln&rsquo;s log cabin in Kentucky, Constitution Hall in Washington DC, and the Payne Whitney Gymnasium at Yale University.
