W&R has been trying to consolidate the foundation of how to balance design services through talent cultivation and reserves. The establishment of One Studio was an important part to W&R’s development, as it provided an opportunity to form a pioneering team of creative and energetic designers, and created space for the ongoing development of young designers who dare to do things.
