About the Author

Radhika Karle holds a master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has more than ten years of work experience as a nutritionist and personal trainer at a leading fitness centre in the United States. Her clients include Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar, Jacqueline Fernandez, Kunal Kapoor, and Naina Bachchan.
