Widely regarded as one of the UK’s most influential Indian chefs, Vivek is the driving force behind The Cinnamon Club, Cinnamon Kitchen and Cinnamon Bazaar restaurants. Through his restaurants, cookbooks and appearances on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, he has introduced generations of diners to a refined and contemporary vision of Indian cuisine.

In conversation about his new book, Spirit & Spice, Vivek will share the stories, recipes and inspirations that have defined the past 25 years. Part memoir and part cookbook, it offers a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into the people, places and dishes that built an enduring culinary legacy.
