Full Description
Founded in Stuttgart in 2005, the practice led by Liza Heilmeyer, Stephan Birk and Martin Frenzel comprises a team of 50 people and stands for context-related, clear architecture that focuses on construction and materials. A special emphasis is placed on a more effective circular building economy by designing and constructing with wood. Examples include the sculptural Jübergturm (2010) in Hemer and the multi-award-winning Kita im Park (2020) in East Stuttgart.
