About the Author
Pascal Kählin has been working in the beverage and spirits industry for over 25 years. He owns two bars and a liquor store in Zurich and is the official rum attaché of the Swiss distillery Humbel. Sina Bühler is a political scientist and freelance journalist with a focus on politics, work and workplace equality. She also works as a crime justice reporter for the Swiss online journal Republik.
